Thank you for attending my guest statistics lecture.
On this webpage I have placed some real image data for you to explore (DATA_Sotbakken_Shrimp.zip and DATA_Traena_Shrimp.zip). There are various sorts of ANOVA analysis which are possible from this data, soome of which I have outlined and suggested in 'JACOBS_MARINE BIOLOGY ANOVA.docx and JACOBS_MARINE BIOLOGY ANOVA.pdf). You will also need to download the IMAGEJ software application - a very basic tool much used to count items and quantify areas in Marine Biology - to extract numerical data from images prior to analysis.
